Method

  1. Warm the water or milk gently (not boiling — especially if adding honey later).
  2. Add the ashwagandha, maca, cinnamon, ginger, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth. A milk frother works well.
  3. Let cool slightly, then stir in the honey.
  4. Drink warm, ideally in the morning or early afternoon (some people find ashwagandha energizing).
