Frozen Yogurt Bark
A thin, crackable sheet of frozen yogurt loaded with fruit and toppings. Fun to eat, easy to make, and infinitely customizable.
Time: 10 minutes + 2 hours freezing · Yield: 1 sheet pan (about 12 pieces)
Ingredients
- ●475 g (2 cups) plain Greek yogurt (full fat works best)
- ●2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ●1 tsp vanilla extract
- ●*Toppings:**
- ●Fresh berries (sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- ●Sliced banana
- ●Granola
- ●Dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
- ●Chopped nuts
- ●Shredded coconut
- ●A drizzle of nut butter
Method
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture onto the parchment in an even layer, about ¼ inch thick. It doesn't need to fill the entire pan.
- Scatter your chosen toppings over the surface, pressing them gently into the yogurt.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours until solid.
- Break into irregular pieces (like bark).
- Eat immediately — it softens quickly.
- *Storage:** Frozen in a zip-top bag for up to 1 month. Eat straight from the freezer.
