Ingredients

Method

  1. Combine the milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, and coconut oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Whisk gently as it heats — a milk frother works well for a creamier texture.
  3. Heat until steaming and warm but not boiling (2-3 minutes). Boiling can make it taste bitter and destroys honey's enzymes if added too early.
  4. Remove from heat. Let cool for 1-2 minutes, then stir in the honey.
  5. Pour into your favorite mug.
