Hydrating, mineral-rich, and perfect for kids (or adults who appreciate a frozen treat that's actually good for them). These replace the neon-colored popsicles with real fruit and real electrolytes.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Blend the coconut water, fruit, lime juice, honey, salt, tea, and magnesium (if using) in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds. Insert sticks.
  3. Freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
  4. To unmold, run the outside of the mold briefly under warm water.
  5. *Variations:**
  6. **Strawberry-Mint**: Strawberries + peppermint tea
  7. **Mango-Lime**: Mango + extra lime juice
  8. **Watermelon**: Watermelon chunks + a pinch of salt (no need for additional sweetener)
  9. **Berry-Hibiscus**: Mixed berries + hibiscus tea (gorgeous deep red color)
