The all-purpose herb blend you reach for more than any other.

Time: 5 minutes  ·  Yield: About 45 g (⅓ cup)

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp dried basil
  • 2 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 Tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 Tbsp dried rosemary (crushed between your fingers)
  • 1 Tbsp dried marjoram
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Method

  1. Combine in a bowl, crushing any large pieces of rosemary. Transfer to a jar.
  2. *Storage:** Airtight container in a cool, dark place for up to 1 year. Dried herbs lose potency over time — the fresher they are when you make the blend, the longer it lasts.
