Turmeric-Ginger Shots

Method

1. If you have a juicer: juice the turmeric and ginger, then mix with the citrus juices, honey, pepper, and cayenne.
2. If you don't have a juicer: grate the turmeric and ginger on a fine grater. Squeeze the gratings through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth to extract the juice. Combine with the citrus juices, honey, pepper, and cayenne.
3. Pour into a jar and store in the fridge. Shake well before each use.
4. Take one 2-oz shot each morning, straight or chased with water.
